Making an offer is not only price and negotiation but a lot more! Here is just an idea for you to know the items we will be discussing when writing an offer:
- Prices, deposits, inclusions & exclusions, conditions & terms and their differences, condominiums, dates, timing, the “what if”, the notice/waivers or non-waivers and so on!

This is where your lawyer will prepare all required documents and meet with you to finalize the purchase.

POSSESSION DAY
Possession day occurs on the day we have agreed on the purchase offer at NOON hour. Prior to that date, our team will send you a list of items to do in preparation of your move so that your move goes has smooth as possible. The day prior to or the morning of possession day, we will do a final walkthrough to make sure the home is in condition as when we viewed the home before you purchased.
